China, late Qing dynasty (1644-1912) - Republic period (1912-1949). Ink, gouache, and watercolors on paper, with a silk brocade frame and mounted as a hanging scroll. Depicting two dogs playing, with beautiful trees in the back and foreground. The lower right with artist signature and seal, the left reading "The official Zhou Shangwen made in the 27 year in Qianlong period (1762) by Qianlong's order.
Condition: Very good condition with minor creasing.
Provenance: Croatian private collection.
