William P. Jervis was appointed manager. In addition to continuing to use molds created by Lorber, Jervis designed an artware line.Frederick Hurten Rhead joined the company in 1903, albeit only for a brief period.Wheeling Pottery absorbed Avon Faience in 1902 and operated it as a separate company.
