I received the item quickly and in condition/grade described.

Strong buyer's remorse after unpacking earrings. They are lowest quality gem, the center stone looks, to quote a qualified gem expert, "as if somone iceskated over it", it is full of scratches, dull, the color dull. I cannot even resell it with a good conscience. I asked the auction house to take it back but obtained no response.

The picture I based my purchase was inaccurate. They didn't answer emails always in a timely manner. They said I didn't tell them I was returning but I have the communication to prove it. They charged a 40 % restocking fee. Which is outrageous. I told to send it back so I wouldn't pay that much for nothing. Didn't hear from them. Similar stories from other buyers. HORRIBLE!

After paying for shipping, taxes & credit card fees... I truly overpaid for these items. Definitely will not bid again. Stick to ebay.

I bid on a $10.00 Indian coin and received a $10.00 liberty coin. Not what I wanted.

Arrived within days and product was almost like the picture. With any online auction you never get the full details. Email auctioneer with questions is my suggestion.

Items are much smaller than pictures suggest. No comparison objects for actual size ie; dime or quarter. Once you add in shipping ($69.00) and 20 % buyer premium there are no bargains. Buy somewhere else. Ken

Contacted about shipping question. Was told they have a policy of shipment of 7-10 business days. Have yet to receive an email confirming shipping this is now day 12. I have received email confirmation shipping for auctions won multiple days later.

I bid on an item with this company. The ring was beautiful, based on the photo. I bid on the item and won it. With all the fees including shipping, I paid a lot of money for the lot. I made sure to tell this company, which statute offer free sizing, the ring would need to be resized. I received a message stating the size I requested was noted. Almost a month later, I finally received the ring in the mail. It looked NOTHING like the photo. It looks like something I could have gotten from a toy machine. The ring had NOT been resized like I requested. I couldn't even put the ring on my pinky finger. I attempted to contact this company multiple times with no answer. I even had to try and contact them through Live Auctioneers, with no response. I'm beyond angry. Shipping wasn't cheap, neither was this ring. I would expect to receive better customer service, especially when the company is the one who made the error. I have the original correspondence and payment information.

I won an auction on December 12th. They wrote and said someone from the office would contact me. This is the slowest response from an auction I have ever had!!

The ring is beautiful. Correspondence was quick and to the point. Shipping was expedited and I received it with plenty of time to wrap it and get it under the tree. Payment was easy and secure, all questions answered immediately. Made my first on-line bidding experience a pleasure!

No hassle dealing with SSS; only issue was I thought chain was included with pendant (based on pictures)

I wrote them a couple weeks after "winning" 4 pieces of silver. I got back a smart ********** reply saying, "we have 5-10 business days to ship." Well, that was over a month ago. I'm still waiting.... Maybe you'll have better luck with them....

Disappointed it cost over 12 dollars to ship a 1 ounce coin.
