We sell over 99% of the items we accept, so it's rarely an issue. We place a great deal of emphasis on getting the right items, so the selling takes care of itself. In the rare event that an item doesn't sell, we will simply relist it in the next auction. What happens if an item is returned? We only accept returns if an item was listed incorrectly. We have very few returns, but if an item is returned, we will simply relist the item in the next auction. Are My Items Insured? Yes, from the moment the items leave your hands to the moment they are received by our buyers, all your items are fully insured. Do You Use Reserves? We sell 99% of our items with no reserve. Our experience has taught us that this is the way to get the most money for the vast majority of items. We will only consider using a reserve on an extremely rare or obscure item where there are only a few potential buyers. Who Sets the Price? The final selling price is set by the market. In the auction method of marketing, each item is sold to the highest bidder. Our job is to get the most bidders to the sale to bid on the item. For an estimate of what your item is worth, please check eBay's completed auction search, email us, give us a call or bring your item by our drop-off location. Who Sets the Starting Price? In an auction, the starting price is largely irrelevant, it's the final bid price that really matters. On most eBay items, we start the bidding at $9.99 since that is where eBay breaks their insertion fees. Live auction bids are normally opened on the floor at the suggestion of the auctioneer. How Long Does the Whole Process Take? It depends on when we receive your items in relation to the date of our next auction and how quickly our buyers pay for their items. It can take several weeks to prepare a large collection for auction, but only a few days for a single item. Once an item is sold, it can take several weeks to collect the payment and make sure the buyer receives the item in satisfactory condition. At that point, we can mail your check. What Factors Make You Successful? We know our products, we guarantee our merchandise, we have a recognizable brand name, we have an excellent feedback profile, we combine shipping, we ship internationally and we use traditional advertising to support our auctions. Do You Have Any References? Yes, we have over 50,000 of them. Check our eBay Feedback profile. 99.6% of our customers had something positive to say about their experience with us. This is one of the toughest standards to achieve in the business world today, and we are extremely proud of our commitment to customer service. Also visit our Testimonials page.
