Perfect experience
It was easy to pay online, and they stayed open for me a little later to accommodate some traffic in the rain I was dealing with, and even loaded my car for me with the chairs-we played Jenga till all 6 fit. This auction house is one of my sincere favorites! The excellent deal I got was the icing on the cake!

Fun auction with quality pieces!
Abell Auction was professional and easy to work with. The descriptions and photos were accurate. My items arrived just as they looked in the photos. Abell does not offer in-house shipping. Be careful with your choice of shipper and a shipping quote! I can personally recommend TOM MA with POST PACK & SHIP in Pasadena. He got back to me immediately, and his cost for pick up, packing and shipping was very reasonable. The packing was great, and the items arrived in perfect condition. The first shipper that I contacted (who was highlighted on Abell's list of preferred shippers) about handling the shipping responded six days after my initial emailed request that I sent immediately after the completion of the auction, and subsequent attempts to contact them, with a ludicrously high quote for packing and shipping the items; I thought it so outrageous that I didn't even respond to it. I then contacted Tom Ma and got great service from Post Pack & Ship-at a very reasonable cost! All's well that ends well...
